OMA but not Active Sync
I can log on to a user using a brower and server/oma. Everything is fine I can browse all folders. When I try it (same credentials)from a Moto cell phone, the IIS log shows Active Sync connecting with a 200, but then OMA says 401 1 0 which means, I think, it can't authorize.
Any suggestions?

What is the message you get on your phone itself? does this not happen on non-"moto" phones?Mike Crowley: MCT, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator

Hi,Just would like to extend Mike line.
If you are able to browse thru https:\\server\oma link then its sure that there is no any problem with server side.
It could be issue with Moto cell active synch configuration. Please re configure again device and check whether you have putted correct owa link in place of URL information.I will recommend you to follow steps which is provided in document when buy device. If still you have any problem then please provde me device model number and error message which you are getting.

I agree if you've enabled "allow unsupported devices" and you can get it from a PC it's not the server's issue. However be careful not to confuse OMA with ActiveSync. Activesync requires an installed software component on the phone, where OMA is just a website and uses the phone's browser. BTW, OMA was not included in the 2007 version of Exchange due to lack of use. Mike Crowley: MCT, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP: Enterprise Administrator / Messaging Administrator
