our exchange server is 2010. Some Clients are outlook 2003. My outlook client can’t set oof on outlook/owa today. They can receive email and meeting request. It works well in last month. I test their account on other client computer. It doesn’t work either.

Create an Outlook profile for affected users in online mode (disable Cached Exchange mode). - Backup all Outlook rules just in case. - Relaunch Outlook with this switch /cleanrules
