MY OUTLOOK 2010 DOES NOT RECEIVE BCC MAIL. NO BLOCKED SENDERS - NO RULES.. FIX?

Can you see the Bcc mails from the webmail interface of your email?

Does this issue happen with all Bcc mails or Bcc mails from a specific sender? Have you tried send a Bcc email to yourself to see the result?

We can also check the Deleted Items folder and the Junk folder to see if you can find the Bcc emails.

Do you have any views/filter set to not show Bcc emails? We can try starting Outlook with /cleanviews switch and then check if you can see the Bcc mails. To do this, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /cleanviews and press Enter.
