I am repeatedly getting the message "Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Message too large. http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?answer=8770"
What i have to do to fix it please ...

It would say you have messages larger than 25 MB in your mail. Make an advanced search in your Outlook and find the mails exceeding the size proposed.
