we have configured two types of user in exchange 2003 ,one for internal user whose email sent and receive internally andsecond for internal and external both ..issue is only external users are able to use OWA ..no internal user are able to login in web access in the internal network ..how to allow internal users for OWA..

What is the difference between your configuration for an internal user and an external one? Is it the email addresses? Each OWA directory can only service mailboxes in a single SMTP domain. So, if your Default Recipient Policy contains the SMTP domain yourcompany.com, only users with email addresses in the yourcompany.com domain will be able to use OWA. This means that if you give your internal users email addresses in something like yourcompany.local, they will not be able to use OWA until you either also give them yourcompany.com email addresses (these don't have to be their Primary addresses, they just have to be in their list of email addresses), or create another Exchange Virtual Directory on the server, and configure its Exchange Path as yourcompany.local.Outlook Web Access For PDA , OWA For WAP www.owa-pda.com email a@t leederbyshire d.0.t c.0.m

Well, like I say, you can either give each of your internal users mycompany.com email addresses in addition to their mycompany.local email addresses (the mycompany.local addresses can remain as their primary addresses). Or, you can create an extra Exchange Virtual Directory for the users with the mycompany.local addresses - this means that you don't have to add any email addresses to any accounts, but the mycompany.local users will need to use a different OWA URL (i.e. they can't have /Exchange on the end of the OWA URL, but will have to use another directory name, like /local).
