OWA 2007/IIS 7 No Images
I have a brand new deployment of Server 2008 and Exchange 2007 SP1 Update Rollup 3. All updates that I am aware of have been applied. Whenever users go to the OWA site and log in, the logins are successful, but all images show up with a red x and no formatting is applied to the page. Everything is on the left. Only the hyperlinks show and none of them work. I have installed all of the neccessary features in IIS that are mentioned in the Exchange 2007 deployment documentation. After searching several forums, all I can find are possible issues with the update rollups not moving the necessary files to the new version folder in the owa virtual directory. However, I have checked this and all of the scripts and images are in the correct folders. I also view the web logs on IIS and every image that is requested by the client browser comes back with 200 OK. Just to rule it out, I have tried connecting from http, https, the server and client machines and the issue occurs with everything I have tried. I have deployed Exchange 2007 to Server 2003 environments and had no issues with OWA so this may be an IIS 7 issue/misconfiguration, but I am not sure.

Hi,
Actually, I have no this issue in my environment (Exchange 2007 SP1 Rollups 3 on Windows Server 2008). Regarding this special issue, I recommend you contact Microsoft customer service.
Per my view, I consider some IIS or Exchange components may corrupt, you may need reinstall IIS and rebuild the CAS Server Role to solve this problem at the final.
Some general troubleshooting steps
==========================
You can run the command Servermanagercmd query (without quotation mark) in CMD console to confirm if all web server components are installed
Tips: In the response result, the green font components means installed components/roles on this Server.

Thank you for your reply. I actually started banging my head against the wall after looking at this issue for six hours. Since this setup is only for a test environment, I had the luxury of being able to reformat everything and start over. This time I was very careful and moved slowly. I did two things differently. First, I left the default organization name of First Organization. Second, I made sure the static and IIS6 compatibility features were installed before installing Exchange. I think they were before, but I was not completely sure. In fact I installed all IIS features except for FTP. I then updated to rollup 3 on Exchange and OWA worked perfectly!
