Hi everyone, I was wondering if their was a way for me to configure at the OWA level to automatically check the request delivery or read receipts for any new messages. Right now it is configured for outlook but once my users use OWA they have to each time manually go in the new messages' options and check the 2 boxes in tracking options. Any Ideas?

Hi, I am sorry to say this feature is only a pure outlook client feature. And the OWA as a reach version of mailbox access doesnt have that feature by design. Thanks Allen
