OWA 2010 won't finish logging in
I'm testing Exchange 2010 and I've got this problem with OWA. Using my test users, I can reach https://mail.company.com/owa and provide credentials. Then I'm presented with a page asking if I want the "blind and low vision experience" (along with language
and time zone verification). I click the OK button, but nothing happens.
What gives? Thanks.

What broswer do you use to open OWA? Note that Netscape is not supported. See
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff728623.aspx.
Please take a try to see if you are able to logon into OWA premium version.
The light version of OWA is optimized to support users who are blind or have low vision. If selecting this option, you wil always logon into the light version of OWA.

I'm using IE8 and I haven't been presented the option to use premium or light.

What does OWA logon page display? Can you capture the screenshot so that we can better understand?
I would suggest you reboot the server and make sure all Exchange service that startup type is automatic is starting up. if the issue continues, check if there is any error recorded in the application log and the IIS log.

I believe this was a DNS issue related to the lab I'm testing in. There was a route that was allowing traffic to the production network. When I removed the network cable to prod, I was able to log in. Thanks.
