OWA breaks every time I run updates and I have to run the UpdateCas.ps1 script every time to fix it. Is there a way to get this to work with out having to run this script? My boss is generally against running scripts when I don't know what it does. Thanks.

Shouldn't need to run that script each time. That would tend to indicate an underlying problem. Has OWA been customised at all? Single server, multiple server, seperate roles etc? Instead of letting the automatic update process run, maybe next time, install the rollup manually - running from an elevated prompt ( As "Admin")
