When creating a new message in owa there's a Message Format dropdown that's supposed to let you switch from HTML to Text Only, This option is greyed out and I can't figure out why, any ideas? Going into options > Messages and setting the message format to Text, has no effect all emails are still composed using HTML.

Hi, When did this issue first occur? Whether this issue occurred on other users or access OWA on another computer? Please run get-OWAVirtualDirectory -Identity "OWA (Default Web Site)" |fl command in EMS, then post the information on the forum. Thanks Allen
