We have Exchange 2010. When i logg in to OWA and press Options i get redirected to a log on page and when i try to log on i get a http 404 page. Why?

Please make sure whether you configure http redirection on owa virtual directory. If so, please remove the http redirection.

I recommend you check if the owa authentication method is the same as ecp authentication method.

If the issue persists, I recommend you use EXBPA against your exchange server health.

Besides, please check if there is any related error in application log.
