I have several users who are restricted to login to only one computer through ADUC accounts. However when I restrict a user in this form they are not able to access OWA from any computer other then the one they are restricted too (even if it's a personal computer). We are using exchange 2007 with forms based authentication.

Hi picheringcs, After you add the CAS server in the "log on to" as well as other computers, can users log on to OWA? Whats' the error message when user log on to OWA? Frank Wang

Adding the OWA server(s) to the list did the trick. It just took time to "synch up" for some reason. Thanks you guys!
