Shanin,No the link speaks about opening the address book in OWA which runs on the CAS. Besides the error about not reaching the directory server is there any info displayed further. Can you tell me something more about your config ?Regards,Johanblog: www.johanveldhuis.nl

Hi johan,Thanks for the update,We are using EBS 2008, that has Exchange 2007 SP2 and Server 2008 SP2, the hub transport is on one server and the Edge transport rule on the TMG server (ISA 2006),I did find an artical that says we should remove the chack mark beside the Link Translation in the OWA access rule in the TMG.But before doing so I would like to know that removing this check mark would not create other issue in the organization.Take a look at this link:http://blogs.technet.com/essentialbusinessserver/archive/2009/11/05/owa-address-book-could-not-connect-to-a-directory-server-errors-on-ebs.aspxThanks,ShahinShahin

Hi,
Regarding whether removing this check mark would not create other issue in the organization, I recommend you post you question to EBS Newsgroup as it is a an EBS specific issue.
