Ensure you have full access to the required mailbox first.Once logged into OWA you can click on your name in the top-right of the screen and this allows you to enter the name of another mailbox to open.Schimples!!!

Hi Yes it is possible. You need to grant full mailbox rights to administrator. But Administrator doesnt have full mailbox right by default. Dharmesh, Admin has to have full mailbox permission explicitly on mailbox to open it with OWA 2007. Refer below article for how to give permission and how to open...
