Am having a problem keeping read vs. not read messages in sync between the 2003 exchange server and the client (Entourage 12.2.0) When messages are read on the client they do not update as read on the server (I verify this using OWA). Tried making a new user for the client, same issue. Not sure what the problem is?

You say you make a new user for the client, does it mean you make a new user account to log on the client computerand set configurtion to connect to exchange?Or just delete the exist user account and set the new client to connect to exchange?Could you set up Outlook for a test to find out whether the exchange problem or Entourage problem?Frank Wang
