At one point months ago the OWA link to iPhones went down at my company and I need to fix it.Went down sometime around when our ISP (Cablevision) experienced connection issues.Users with other phones (specifically Nokia and a software called SEVEN) have been able to connect in.Anyone have similar issues and if needed I will start a support call with an engineer to get this resolved.Chris in NJ

Users just do a standard connection on iPhone(email, username, password) iPhone I believe does not even ask for server. And error is something like cannot connect with server.We have removed and added multiple times.Crazy thing is at one time it worked great, and synced folder structure in Outlook, not just Inbox.

Knowing version of Exchagne may also help us to narrow down this issue.For Exchange 2003 you can use OMAAdmin and remove the paired devices from the indvidual mailboxes. (OMAAdmin?)Tried to run and not in main dir.Also search for and result for entire c: was file not found, even with a search of "hidden files and folders"Is it a default install w/OWA/Exchange? Can you open OWA webpage via browser in your iphone? When you setup the account on your iphone, do you chose add "Microsoft Exchange" account or some others? Milind, I setup MobileAdmin and from a browser was able to see the individual user and his iPhone setup was still there.Showed that the last time he synced was 11/18/2008I removed his device by clearing it from the link provided and asked him to try re-establishing connection again.His iPhone was listed a APPL7R7324V5..... (other 3 letters omitted)I also have a PocketPC and a IMEI device (nokia with Seven software).

Did that help getting phone synced to Exchange and is he able to see emails correctly on the device now? If it was a wired synchronization that worked then does it work over the air? As alreday suggested above data connection on device should also be checked as one of the linear troubleshooting steps.
