Can you tell us was version of Exch 2007 you are using: SP level and Update Rollup level? What type of browser are you using? Can you run the ExBPA report and post any errors or warnings?Tim Harrington - Catapult Systems - http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com

When did this start? Right after installation? Did it complete successfully? What account did you install Exchange with? What rights does it have?

Hi, Please clarify the following information: 1. Does this issue occur to all the users or only one user? 2. What is type of browser you are using? 3. Does this issue occur suddenly or it occurs when you have installed the Exchange Server? Troubleshooting: 1. If you are not using Internet Explorer, please use Internet Explorer to have a try. 2. If you are using Internet Explorer, please reset the Internet Explorer to have a try. 3. Reinstall Client Access Role to fix OWA issue. You can follow the steps in this post(given by Johan) exchange 2007 OWA buttons inactive http://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/en-us/exchangesvrclients/thread/3599AAF8-C1D3-4F3F-B361-94EF248C8D17 If the problem persists, please feel free to let me know and I will be glad to help.
