Outlook2013  Exchange CU7

OWA error as below is shown as below after signing in

X-OWA-Error: SDServerErr;Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.StoragePermanentException

X-OWA-Version: xxxxx X-FEServer: CAS server host name

By using other PC, it's same error. Outlook is ok.Any solution?

It's specified user. That's only one user impacted so far.

Hi,

I have noticed only one user had the issue.

So the issue is related to the client side.

I suggest we can try to change other browsers to test.

Also we can login owa on a new computer to check if the issue persists.
