One of my user is using a laptop with Windows Vista Business Edition, when he tries to write a new mailthrough OWA from his laptop he is not able to write anything on the mails body. It id displayed in a gray scale and an 'x' mark on the left top corner. Where as its not coming in other machines. I feel that the problem is due to some HTML settings in that laptop, Can anyone help me out on this?

Hi, This is a known issue. You need to install the hotfix in the following article. You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks, or you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911829 If that is the only user who have this issue, you can also try to reset IE or try another browser in the laptop to test the issue.
