Have exchange 2007 , and with one of the user his/her outlook web access shows all folders twice, but as he is saying in outlook it shows correctly , is that possible ? i told him to reset the folders through outlook but he says outlook things are working fine , so what could be issues thanks ..

James, i mentioned in outlook it's fine , only the thing is in OWA the duplicates folders exist that's why i am having a doubt how is it possible ?? so here i am looking for what can we done to remove the duplicate folders from OWA.
