While not sure if that's the cause, I've seen such errors when an Update Rollup that has not be applied correctly. First thing I would have tried is to run install / reinstall one of the latest rollups. Update Rollup 3-v3 has proven to be rock-stable. Update Rollup 4 is still unknown to me. Jon, I had another Exchange 2010 server setup in a remote site I was using in a DAG. I've since replaced it with a 3rd party replication option so I don't need that Exchange server anymore. I uninstalled it this morning and haven't had a problem with OWA since. I'll test it again tomorrow AM.

Taking out the second Exchange server fixed the problem.
