OWA on SBS2003 Repeatedly prompts for password
I am running OWA on a stand alone SBS 2003 server. There have been no configuration changes to the settings on the default website that I know of, and it was working correctly yesterday. When I try to log into OWA now, I get the regular login form. I put in domain\username and password and click log on. At this point, behavior becomes erratic. Sometimes it will log in, and display the folder list for the mailbox, and display another copy of the login form in the right hand pane that should contain the folder contents and reading pane. Sometimes it tells me the username/password is invalid (I know for sure that I typed it correctly on those times). Sometimes it simply hangs loading the page forever and never actually goes anywhere. I have tried this from multiple computers all running IE6, so I know it is not a cookie issue with a particular computer or anything like that. I have tried restarting the IIS Admin service (and all its dependant services) and the Exchange Information Store service, this did not correct anything. I have not tried restarting the server as this is a production machine and I would rather find a solution and means of preventing this problem than simply applying a restart bandaid. This behavior appears to be consistent across all mailboxes, it is not isolated to a single mailbox.
