Set up:

Exchange server 2013 Standard Version 15.0 (Build 913.22) on Windows server 2012.

iPad Air, iOS 8.3

Trying to access mail through Safari browser. Works well for a few minutes, then the Safari mail tab becomes very slow, almost freezing. But can open another tab and browse other websites. A page refresh makes it work for a few minutes but again becomes very slow. If i leave it for sometime it will work again. I have tried installing OWA app, the same thing happens.

Please let me know if further information is needed. Please help.

913.22 is CU5. That is very old and no longer supported. It is over 12 months old.

You should start by upgrading the server to at least CU8, preferably CU9. You need to keep the server up to date - Microsoft only supports the current and the previous CU.

Upgrade the server first, then see whether anything has changed.
