OWA premium displays Loading.. Basic OWA works
I had an Fauting app error 2 days ago and ever since then the OWA premium does not display the content of users emails. they get a message that says "Loading". here is the error i received on the exchange 2003 server. "
Faulting application inetinfo.exe, version 6.0.3790.3959, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0004afb2.
Id 1000
"
If the user signs in using the basic client for webmail then they can veiw there email messages.
I deleted the excheweb, public, exchange, exadmin, oma, and activesync out of iis
and then deleted DS2MB using iis metabase
I then restarted Microsoft Exchange System attendant Service to rebuild the iis entries.
none of this worked.
Thanks
Bryant

Hi Bryant,I think we have the same problem in Germany. But only one client system goes wrong here by us.With different users on this client system, it's also fault in premium mode.So I think it's something on the client system.I have deleted the client IE cache and cookies, but still only the basis webaccess works.I hope that soon one of the Microsoft technician can solve the problem.Yours, Joachim
