Office365/Outlook 2013 Not able to view schedules using Scheduling Assistant. Getting "No information. No free/busy information could be retrieved

Hi,

Just recently started moving users over to Office 365 with Outlook 2013 all in the cloud, and when a user tries to use the scheduling assistant , she can see a person's free busy time but not the other attendees who she has full access to, but if she goes to another appointment she can no longer see that user and then can see the free busy of another user. This happens in Outlook 2013

I've tried recreating the profile, tried it on another machine, tried the fix which involved uninstalling a update but to no avail.

Any help anyone can provide would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Is your Environment a hybrid environment? Are those users all Cloud user now or some of them are still on premise user?

1. please make sure your OS/Office are all up-to-date.

2. Let the user use Schedule Assistant from OWA, see if she can veiw the free/busy information of those users

3. Please go https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/, do a free/busy test amoung the users and attendees, see if there any issue suggested by the test.

Let me know the result, thank you.
