I'm trying to use the Office 365 deployment tool but keep getting errors as below.

Verify from the following:

1. you didn't have antivirus or firewall, Disable deployment.
2. if you have old office, it will be same bit "e.g, old office 32 bit, so office proplus must be 32 bit"
3. if you deploy using click on Run, verify .Xml is correct

The folder where you downloaded your installation files should be called Office. 

Here's my folder setup:
* Deployment tool file and XML config in C:\Office365 
* Installation file stored in C:\Office365\Office

Also my config file is setup as below:
