Hello I have a client that has upgraded to office 2007 about 6 months ago, and have recently reported that when sending attached documents that they are all coming through as compressed (zip) and unreadable. I have read around on some message boards of people having the same issue but no resolution. Thanks

Can you post the other message boards you are referring to? This might help paint a more complete picture. Does this happen to internal recipients as well as external? How many Exchange Servers? Does this happen to all users on the server, or just a few? What type of antivirus do you have installed on the server?
