I have windows server 2008 r2 at my company. In server i had installed Microsoft office 2007. There is 20-30 users using server at a one time. The problem is that, in some user's connection emails receives late. The problem is that most of when user working with word, excel or power-point, They works very slowly and some times at the time of saving the document the application starting not responding.

there are a lot of possible ways, just some of them for example:

-network bandwidht

-outlook is in Cached mode or in online mode?

-have they PST files on Shared drive?

-are they saving the outlook, excel files to Share drive?

-Do you have any antivirus application installed on the server/computer? (forefront, McAffee?)

- what system do you use (client operating system?) 

-What kind of Hardware have to the users computer?
 

and so on and so on :/

There are multiple choices, and as the excel/word/pp/outlook are slow then possible you are using Shared drives to save the document. just it is my guess.

First of all thank you so much for your help.

If i'm working on office applications then I dont think that any bandwidth criteria matters. 

Outlook is always in online mode though I didn't get on time

Pst files are not on shared drive

no files are saved on shared drive

I have installed Quickheal Antivirus on my system

No for saving files I never use share drives

We use HP thin clients to give access to the user on server

There is problem with all office apps like word, excel, powerpoint, etc.

whenever I do work with some files using this apps it become to slow and some time at the time of saving document application becomes not responsive and because of that I cant able to save my work
