I have Office 2010, on Windows 8.1 x64. I'm working on automating Office using VBA and frequently need to consult Excel/Word/Powerpoint Object Model reference, Forms and other VBA topics. However, the help file fonts are too small, and "change font size" button on toolbar has no effect:

User help file does not have this problem, it looks nice and also "change font size" button really changes the font size:

How do I fix the issue with developer's Help file? make it look like the User's Help?

options under Accessibility are already unchecked.

default Font is Times New Roman, but the font on Help page is Tahoma, all of which means that the stylesheet on Help  page is in effect.

This issue occurred with portions of help page, I suppose the offline help might be damaged. Please try to install the latest patches and then do a full repair of Office 2010.
