We tried already uninstall, and changing the product key, new activation....  without success.

OS : WIN 7 64bit.

What we found out is : If Mashines are not connectred to the network : all is fine.

Are they connected it is worse.

This happens even if you create a new file and the try go to a different content in the menu.

First, try to start Excel in safe mode to check whether the issue is caused by some add-ins.

If the issue still occurs to safe mode, then try to start Windows in clean boot to check whether the issue is caused by some third party services.
