I have a windows xp machine that had office 2007 and access 2010 on it. I upgraded the machine to full office 2010 pro plus and I am getting an activation error. I had previously posted in another area and was pointed here. I am unable to activate by phone greyed out. I have unistalled and installed office 2010 directly to ne effect. When I open device manager it is blank and have tried several things to repair acl and activate to no avail. Any help thoughts would be appreciated. I am thinking about dumping 2010 and going back to previous setup.
