Our company use sccm to push security patches every 3 months. A lot users complaint that after the patch they got the error above they tried to open either word, excel, powerpoints or any Office apps. I have about 10 different users complaining this issue every time after we pushed Windows patches. Has anyone experienced the same?

What version of Windows do the users in your company use? All Windows 32-bit, all Windows 64-bit, or mixed?

And the same question about Office, all 32-bit, all 64-bit, or mixed?

Let me know the details.

Temporarily uninstall the patch to see if it could be a workaround.

We have Windows 7 enterprise 64 bit and Office 2010 32 bit Prof. I can do Office 2010 repair to take care the issue. But it happens everytime when we push patches using sccm. I don't know which patch to uninstall as there are too many since push the patches every three months.
