After the recent patch update in our organization, below are the couple of issues encountered by most of the users;

1. Outlook 2010 is getting hung while clicking on "SEND" and taking more than 20 seconds to send an email. 

After disabling and enabling the addins in outlook, this works for sometime and issue occurs again.

2. Unable to use copy function in Excel, getting " The clipboard cannot be emptied, its used by another program" error message.

We have tried reparing and reinstalling the office 2010 application, but still issue persists.

These two issues started after the recent patch udpate. Need some help to understand what could be issue on this.

For the Outlook issue, since it can be temporarily fixed by disabling and enabling add-ins, it means this issue is more likely related to problematic add-ins. To verify this, we can try starting Outlook in safe mode and then check if you can reproduce the issue. If the problem would be gone in safe mode, please go to File > Options > Add-ins and disable all add-ins. Then, we can use the following method to find out the problematic add-in:

1. Start Outlook.

2. On the File tab, click Options, then click Add-Ins.

3. In the bottom of the Outlook Options dialog box, make sure the Manage drop-down shows COM Add-ins, and then click Go.

4. In the COM Add-Ins dialog box, select to enable an add-in and then click OK. The following figure shows the re-enabling of the Microsoft Exchange Add-in.

5. Repeat step 4 until you the issue comes back. The last add-in you enabled is the culprit.
