Ok so i have uninstalled office 2010 and clean booted my PC and have used a uninstaller program, restarted my pc and still i have a error "we have found a pre release or Beta Version of an office product on your PC,  HELP PLEASE

Please check the program list from Control Panel - Programs and Features, make sure there is no Office programs remain in the list, if you find any, select it and click the Uninstall button to remove it.

Also follow the steps in the Video: How to manually remove Microsoft Office Suite to manyally check if there are any Office components remain in your computer, and have them removed.
