I have installed my copy of Office 2013 Pro in Windows 10.

If I open a document in, say, Publisher, edit it and want to save it, I get a message telling me I can't, since I don't have admin-rights. Well I'm logged on as an Administrator. If I open the program as Administrator it's OK. 

How can I get around this?

According to your description, I suppose this issue might be caused by the permission settings missed during upgrade to Windows 10 process. Thus, I recommend you use Process Monitor to check the "Access denied" error which is related to Office 2013. Then, please filter the folders that belongs to Office, and take Ownership of a File or Folder to fix this issue.

If this issue still exists, please share us the screenshot of the alert/error message. I'd like to do further troubleshooting.
