Hi,

Does anyone know what I need to set in OCT to deploy Outlook 2013 with the settings bellow?

• In Account Settings, "Download shared folders" checkbox should be unchecked by default.
• Also, "Encrypt data between Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange should be unchecked by default.

I tried setting "Disable shared mail folder caching" to Enabled for first item but it's not working.

For the second one, I tried disabling "Enable RPC encryption" with no luck.

Can someone point me to the right direction?

Are you deploying a profile in this customization?

Or are you working with an existing profile ?

Is this deployment an upgrade of a previous version of Office/Outlook?

Does the user already have a MAPI profile created ?

Hi Don,

Currently we're not deploying a profile with it. We let users run through the wizard when they first launch Outlook. No MAPI profiles exist.

For this specific package, we're using the same MSP for both cases, upgrade from 2010 and new installs through OSD.
