There is always another forum. They propagate like rabbits.  I posted it there too.  This is development related when I've integrated with Office 2013 and can't deploy because I can't activate it.

So are you saying then that you KNOW I can activate it via phone or are you guessing?

Eugene is right, if you don't have Internet, you will need to activate Office by Phone.
