We've just encountered a strange behavior on several of the domains we manage.  All clients are running Office 2013.  We've had a GPO in place to block the Office 2013 First Run movie ever since we started 2013 deployment, and it's always worked properly.  In the last couple of weeks, however, we've been getting reports that some users are now seeing this screen after every reboot.  

The version we see it happening on is:

15.0.4693.1000(MSO15.0.4693.1001 32 bit

The group policies we've got enabled are:

User Conf - Policies - Administrative Templates - Microsoft Office 2013 - First Run

Disable First Run Movie - Enabled

Disable Office First Run on Application Boot - Enabled

I've verified that our policy is present and active on these machines with gpresult, and the other aspects of this policy seem to apply correctly.  Is there an issue with a recent Office patch that's affecting this policy being applied properly?  Has anyone else encountered this?
