I downloaded a trial version of MS Office 2013 Professional Plus and tried to install it: during installation process I was presented with the window asking for a location of installation files:

Looks like .img file was not downloaded completely, but Download Manager displays Progress = 100%

???

Although it shows 100%, but the file might be damaged.

Try download the file again, from the official website: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-US/evalcenter/jj192782.aspx
