Dear Sir,

Our end user would like to use Office Professional Plus 2013 under Open License Program.

When I check with their requirement, they would like to use  7 GB One Drive storage for each license and I can't find its features on Office Professional Plus 2013 under Open License?

How should I do for that?

Is there any idea?

Since this issue is related to Office Volume Licensing and Microsoft has different business policy in different region. I suggest you contact the customer service, explain the scenario to them and ask if they can provide some help:
