Office 2013 Signature on Surface

We have a Surface Pro 3 with outlook 2013 installed.  I created a signature with an embedded html image on it.  The image size 125px by 50 px with at 96dpi.  The signature works great unless i go into my signature and try to edit it.  For example i changed my title, and clicked save.  now my image is 188px x 75px.  Furthermore, if i go into my signature and just click in the box and click save, the image will grow again.

Anyone know how i can stop the image from growing every time the signature is saved?
