Hi,

I get a timeout for the Office 2013 trial download and it does not display the license key. Tried with Win7/IE11 and Mac/Safari/Firefox several times since three days. All run into the same timeout and do not display the key. The download works without problem. It does not seem to be a client-side problem as I've tried with different OSes and Browser. The license keys are displayed for the Office 2010 trial download.

Hi,

There are some suggestions about this issue:

1. Clear the cache of the Internet browser to check the result.

2. If you have a different Microsoft Account, use it to register and download.

3. Try to download the product on a different internet environment, check if it works.
