Hello

I am having some problems using Office 2013 programs when going through our Sophos Web Appliance (which is our proxy server), there is an issue with authenticating using NTLM. Sophos support have told me that I can bypass authenticating programs by using a User Agent String.

What I am wondering is how do I find out what these are for Office programs, or does anyone have a list of them?

Any help would be appreciated.

What is the symptoms of the issue you are experiencing? If you can share me a screen grab that would be great.

For User Agent String, per my understanding it more internet access level setting not specified for any program. I would ask Sophos Support team to set it.
