When i double click an icon for office 2013, it thinks for a second then does nothing.

I have tried safe mode but it won't run.

I have tried repairinig through the uninstall dialogue.

I have also tried using the compatibility mode, and it won't open in any of the different versions.

Does it work in Windows Clean boot as Tylor's reply?

Can you view the Office components run in task manager - process, like Excel.exe?
