I am an Office 365 admin who has a user experiencing issues with his Outlook calendar. The user has an E1 license plus Office 2013.
First, calendar items are not syncing between his devices (PC and iPhone, iPad). Second, he is unable to access his calendar via Outlook Web App. When he tries, he gets the error message, "This calendar isn't available. Please try again." This
is an error message I've never seen before.
The syncing issues seem to be intermittent, but the OWA issue is constant.
Additionally, and I'm not sure if this is related but I have a feeling it is, the user got an error message in Skype for Business, "The Exchange server won't let us connect. We're working on fixing the connection. Your history, voice mail, and Outlook features might be unavailable or out-of-date until things are fixed."
Any idea how I can fix this?
