Office Apps on Android tablet

We have been using the Office apps available in the playstore on our Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1" tablets for 6 months with no issues, after signing users up to Live accounts they are able to edit and save documents with no problems.

Last week we ordered 17 new Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1" tablets, but now when we try to save or edit it displays:

To edit and save, activate with an eligible Office 365 subscription

We don't have any Office 365 subscriptions in the company and as i said the other 100+ tablets all work fine with just a live account, the only difference between the older tablets and the ones from last week are that they are slightly different model numbers, the old ones are SM-T530 and the newer ones are SM-T533, from what i cant tell there are no differences between the 2 and the requirements for the free editing state no bigger than a 10.1" screen which these are identical, just wondered if anyone else had found this issue and if they had a resolution?

Hi,

In this forum we mainly support Office for Windows, I may not be the best resource for this problem.

Anyway, I found this in Google play:

Sign in with a free Microsoft account to create, edit and save documents for home use. A qualifying Office 365 subscription is required to create, edit and save documents for business use. See office.com/information for a list of qualifying plans.

For business use, you will need to have an eligible Office 365 subscription as far as I can tell.
