I cannot find the Office Clip art but it only shows me bing art and this affects my grade for class.

The office clip art has gone because you might have updated your office. And the new update has vanished the office clip art. So either you can use the bing art or you have to find photos by your own. But Microsoft has closed the clip art option from its office suite.

Hi! What about third-party Clip Arts, designed for Microsoft Office? I have uploaded gallery of Clip Arts on the www.poweredtemplate.com, and now use it in my documents. Good luck!
