Non I can't open Word from anywhere it reads Sorry but word has run into an Error that is preventing it from working correctly

In regarding of the issue, please provide us more information to assist you better.

• Which version do you use? Office 2013 or other.
• Which error message did you get?
• Did the other Office suits work well? Such as Excel?

Then, if we get the error message "Microsoft Word has stopped working." when opened the Word, this issue usually caused the add-ins. Starting the application in Safe Mode is a great way to find out if the problem is caused by it.

To do this, go to your Start screen in Windows 8 or click Start > Run in Windows 7, and type one of the following commands:

Type winword /safe and press Enter to start Word 2013.

If Word can start with safe mode, please try disable all the add-ins.
