Office manager can't view schedule details for most people in a group schedule
Due to a recent policy change, the office manager now needs to be able to see everyone's schedule that the office workers are keeping in Outlook 2003 (going through Exchange 2003). This was easily done by setting up a group schedule from a distribution group. Here's the issue: the manager can only see the details of some people's schedules, for a majority of the people the manager can just see blue, purple, or white blocks, not the content within them.I'm assuming that this is a permissions issue. Is there a way I can grant the manager global permissions for calendars rather than going into each person's calendar individually and setting it up?

Hi,You can use pfdavadmin (can be downloaded from MS) to set the desired calendar permissions, or you can ask each individual to add the manager on their calendar permissions.Leif
