Hello,

I purchased my laptop and Microsoft Office software in the UK. I then traveled to Australia and am now trying to activate the software. However I am getting this message

"this product could not be activated because the product key can only be activated in certain geographical regions"

I wont be back in the UK for quite some time, and really need this sofware to work ASAP.

Can you advise what action to take.
